Yes, Kit has really done a great job for us, we appreciate it very much! I would like to bring out another issue. It's about the mail box area, lighting is not good enough there plus color of the mail box is dark grey / black that seems a bit difficult to have clear vision to check if there is any letters inside the box. Since it come closer for my removal, approached the CS about the truck size, now they says ok for truck over 5.5 tons. I think they should announce this new updates proactively and deliver the notice note to all owners but not until we ask. Frankly speaking, I am REALLY REALLY very dispappointed and shock how bad of MTR managements that I ever came across before We seems don't have the professional services from them no matter from top managements to front line staffs (whom stationed at each of our block). Every arrangements for FC owners are messy and not making any senses or un-reasonable. After Phase 3 moved in, could we consider to set up "Incorporated owner's committee" asap to kick them off or stop them over-charged and improve the management policies should be based on interest of the FC owners as ALWAYS!!!

1.        泊車問題︰在會議上反映,但表示停車場已由帝豪管理,如要反映租價高的問題,要向帝豪反映。
2.        平台緊急通道已作彈性處理,如要運送大型貨件,可事先與管理處聯絡,則可以在緊急通道落貨。
3.        會所到4月開放,開放地點包括C/ B平台層,會向業主提供一個月免費使用GYM,function room 會有折扣。泳池屬於二期,所以不能提前開放。
4.        外窗不潔的問題,不會有公共清潔或吊船處理。另外,這個問題屬於個別住戶的DEFECT,建議由住戶向CK以defect提出來處理。
5.        工作平台問題了解過,但是公契規定,是不能有任何改動,包括不能裝固定矖衣架和不能超過工作台高度。
6.        露台亦不能安裝透明網,與上面道理同。
7.        垃圾房「反鎖」的問題,估計是日久生锈或積塵,已要求維修及每層翻查。

我只是說,「除了平台緊急通道有一個較為滿意處理之外,其他答覆都是不理想的,我會預計業主會很有意見。我會幫忙轉達,有待我們再作商量」

Thanks Kit, you are doing a great job.   I know you are very busy these days preparing to move in and still have to help us to contact MTR.   
I think we can arrange another meeting in Apr and during this time we can consolidate our comments and ideas in this platform.

多謝kit的義助, 我覺得真係要認真相量一下對策, 就好似涼衣的問題, 可唔可以叫mtr的管理層, 上去我地的"超大"的工作平台涼一次衫之後點樣出番來比我睇吓, 仲有點解一定要交個停車場俾帝豪, 唔俾第二間呢? 3500蚊係點定出來?  唔係一句已交左俾人管理就什麼都不理, 都要為下我地業主想下
如果用同一個邏輯, 佢地可唔可以將d clubhouse 設施交俾其他人做, 將個gym俾阿”加洲熊”管理, 任佢同你每次收一百幾十蚊使用費係咪又可以呢?
